This company is horrible beyond belief. They charged me a maintenance fee for over a year after I sold my property. I asked multiple times for an explanation - none. Got some refunded. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM. Based on my experience they are either incompetent and/or dishonest.

Brenda Feldman is extremely knowledgeable about property maintenance, tenant relations and other key aspects of property management. She and her staff are very easy to reach, and they respond to voicemail messages and email messages very quickly. These qualities are important to me because I am an out-of-state landlord. Very easy application process. From inspection to application to approval we enjoyed excellent communication and assistance. We had a couple of issues after moving in - plumbing and electrical - and these were resolved very quickly and easily.

As a property owner, they’re a solid company, and easily a 5 star rating. We've used PIC for 15+ years. They vet all the tenants, keep our property in good rentable shape, consult on major improvements or repairs, have relationships with contractors that get the job done well, yet keep expenses low and KEEP OUR PROPERTY RENTED. Over the past 30 years of owning rental property, my husband and I have had other property managers, and PIC is head and shoulders above the rest. Your investment is in good hands with them.
