The talented and experienced management team at Pennant Investment Company has been working in the Boulder area since 1981. It’s our mission to help our clients optimize their investments. We work with multifamily properties, apartment buildings, HOAs, and other types of rental homes. We also help people buy and sell.
We help property owners and investors maintain the value of their assets, while increasing revenue. Our team works hard to keep properties well-maintained through tenant screening and providing for emergency and routine tenant calls at all times.

This is a good place to live in. Everything is very well-organized and clean. There is no disturbances and there are many open spaces. Only issue is with my refrigerator. Its light does not functions and creates loud sound while loading power. And the garbage crusher at the kitchen is also not working. I request you to fix these two minor issues. Other than that I am living here with full satisfaction

As a homeowner haven't rented in a decade, moving to Colorado last year Pennant (Hannah), made the transition to renting very streamlined. We we are currently still renting a home through Pennant, the home is naturally a bit older so there are repairs that happen often. I am so stunned how fast Pennant responds and get those repairs done with out any issues. You always hear horror stories about leasing offices but from my experience as a current renter Pennant changes that mold. They are great to work with and have made being a renter stress free!

Pennant Investment Company has been managing my Colorado rental properties since the early 2000s. Pennant provides top-notch, professional property management services. Brenda Feldman is extremely knowledgeable about property maintenance, tenant relations and other key aspects of property management. She and her staff are very easy to reach, and they respond to voicemail messages and email messages very quickly. These qualities are important to me because I am an out-of-state landlord. I recommend Pennant Investment Company without hesitation.

We were only able to stay with Pennant for six months, but during this time we were treated excellently by them. Brenda is very professional and responsive. Hannah is an excellent point of contact and helped us out a lot during our time there. They also went above and beyond for us when we unexpectedly had to move out of state before our lease was up. I highly recommend Pennant if you are looking in Boulder County.
